I don’t speak Chinese but I think it’s seaweeds (nori) cut in small pieces. Edit: Why am I getting downvoted🥲? I assumed from the characters cause it’s close to kanji, and then I googled it to confirm and I don’t think I’m wrong…

The gold bit says ‘better to eat’, the big letters say ‘small light moss’ and the small letters say ‘focus on innovation’.
Google lens translated it as. So as others said probably nori cut up.
