Hi, friends. I don’t know if this is the correct place to ask, if not please accept my most sincere apologies.
I’m trans, and after hesitating for a long time. Recently I decided to go on HRT (estrogen). However, I can’t seem to find any clinic providing gender-affirming hrt near me. I currently live in Oita prefecture. The nearest clinic I can find is in Nagoya, I can’t really afford to travel to Nagoya twice a month to get the injection.
Is there any HRT clinic in Kyushu? Or are there any clinics I can go to once and get the hormone mail to me?

There’s one in Osaka, closer than Nagoya, you could probably find one in Fukuoka.
This is secondhand knowledge from a trans friend, but if you can get the initial script/diagnosis from a specialist clinic, you may be able to get your injections at a local “ladies clinic”.
Dr. Singh at Luna Clinic in Yokohama does online appointments, he also mails medication and can help you with blood tests through his network depending on your needs.
