Looking for Kobe area English speaking dentist with good pain management

I’m living in Gakuentoshi near Kobe. I’m looking for a dentist in the Kobe area who runs a reasonably modern operation, can handle English speaking patients, and who practices good pain management. It’s been a few years since I last went, as i was living in Western NY state in the US which should tell you why it’s been so long….:-)

I need to get plaque buildup cleared, and some checking done. I also hate dental work, particularly painful work brutally done ….:-)
