Everything I wanted in Amazon JP went out of stock

For the first time ever in so many years, Amazon JP seems to ship things to my country now.

I spent weeks piling up my basket and watched for prices, but before I could make a purchase everything just started going out of stock one by one.
At first I didn’t think much of it, but ALL the stuff I really wanted are just gone, even popular stationery stuff that should be in stock constantly.
It doesn’t feel worth it to make an order anymore.

When I tried putting in Japan postal code, I see everything in stock like normal though.

So the question is… does anyone experience the same thing?
Is this a normal occurrence and they will be back in stock eventually?
Or Amazon JP just doesn’t really want to ship international orders…
