Difference between まだ and まま

Hi everyone, just wanna ask a quick question. Beyond the grammatical differences, are there different contextual or otherwise relevant differences between まだ and まま? If so, what do they entail?

Thanks for your help

  1. They are quite different.

    まだ – not yet

    まま – as it is/state/conditions

このまま – the current state/as it is now

    まだ始まらない – not starting yet
