I’m learning the numbers in Japanese but when I try to type なな fast it justs high-lights the letter then switches. If you can help me with this let me know how to do it. Sorry if I have the wrong flairs!
On the flick keyboard, there’s a right-pointing arrow underneath the backspace key. If you press that, it’ll advance the cursor and let you type the next な without changing the last one.
Obviously this comes down to personal preference so YMMV but I recommend enabling the “Flick only” setting.
It will disable the feature of pressing the button multiple times to cycle through the other kana, so when you press the な key with no swiping motion it immediately confirms な without anything else needed.
