Small Japanese speaking circle with a native Japanese speaker

Hi Japanese learners! Native Japanese speaker here.

I have seen so many posts about people having trouble with their language partners or having a hard time finding ones to output what they have learned on this sub as well as language exchange sub.

As a Finnish and Norweigian learner, I have been invited to some speaking circles to link Japanese speakers and Finnish/Norweigian speakers and I had a blast! I got to learn so new words by talking with native speakers and it helped me to understand their culture as well.

I am aware of discord servers where you can chat with Japanese people and I myself have joined some but I feel like it is for just a casual conversation, not for learning pronunciation nor enhancing your vocabs.

I would love to host a small Japanese speaking circle hopefully weekly for beginners and advanced-level learners (separately ofc) on discord or maybe zoom. I will pick different themes such as seasonal events, food, hobbies, and such for beginners and maybe more complicated ones for advanced-level learners. It’d be great if you teach new words in your language in return!

If you’re uncomfortable with that, I am also open to texting and maybe voice chatting privately so lmk on PM!
