I’m currently working through hakken and its been been a year already. However I have to sign new contracts every 3 months. This month my social insurance was almost doubled for the first time since I’ve been working.
Can some please explain in simplest way or links on how the social insurance works? I haven’t been paid for days I couldn’t work due to covid and back pain. Also Isn’t the company suppose to pay for The days I was given off. I have googled it as well and was not really satisfied the information. Is renewing contract every 3 months is normal?
