**Hello, i met this sentence while reading a novel. MC is trying to find a certain girl, and he come to a military base to find her (but he did not remember anything about that girl aside from her name).Then after he asked 2 soldier guarding the base’s entrance about the girl, they get mad and start shooting at him . 1 of them said this :**
**「おとなしくハチキュウの的になって罪を償え、チンピラ！」**
**But i don’t understand what he said here, hope someone can explain to me the meaning**
Full context:
確か名前は……柊赤緒、とかいったはずだ。
で、こうして無事ついたわけだが。
自衛隊員Ａ「わ、わわ我らのヴィーナスをあの女呼ばわりとはどういう了見だこのチンピラめ！」
自衛隊員Ｂ「わかったぞ！ 赤緒さんの命を狙う虚無のテロリストだな。じゃなきゃ赤緒さんにあんな口きけるわけがねえ！」
MC「テロリスト？ おい、いったい何の話を……？」
**自衛隊員Ｂ「おとなしくハチキュウの的になって罪を償え、チンピラ！」**
