Hey, I’m a little nerd, 90s anime fan (but not too much), looking for JP adventures and cool art for inspiration.
I don’t mind sleep in hostel (8bed rooms), I focus all my budget in the unique experiences from JP.
Good restaurant, architecture, shows, night life, friends.
Please feel free to comment any recommendation, the MUSTs of japan, or maybe I’m a little ambitious.

I already pay for the 21Â days JR pass and only book for the first hostels.
Atm, I have no ticket and no reservations of anything

I guess I’ll be the one telling you the bad new. You wasted your money with the 21 days pass, would have been fine with only 14 because moving around Tokyo is quite cheap.
Especially as a solo traveler and just few days before the trip, you should really look into booking the ryokan, you might not be able to find one that accept solo travelers for a decent price if you wait.
Ghibli amusement park will not be possible. It just opened and all tickets are likely sold (pretty sure they were sold by lottery system).
Have you checked out Japanese Anime 88-Spots? They have places with stamps you can collect where different spots where in anime. It is a horrible wording on my part but just a suggestion. The spots are voted on and changed each year.
