Because I tried some iOS apps and there you learn speaking+understanding+writing+reading simultaneously. And I don’t want that because i have not much time and so on…

Pimsleur. It is a 5 month audio-only course. Don’t expect too much, but for only 5 months it is pretty good.
Edit: It is not cheap. You could check your local library if they have the CDs.
