I want to study at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music in Japan

I have recently completed my graduation in commerce field.I started studying commerce in 2019 and after a year i wanted to drop out and pursue education in music but because of COVID-19 most institutions in my county were not accepting new admission and i could not look for University in Japan as they were under lockdown too, so i decided to complete my graduation and now when Japan is open again i want to study music production from Japan.
I have looked into Senzoku Gakuen College of Music which has this course but i could not find on the website if jlpt is necessary for the admission or what level of Japanese i need to know.I have completed N4 level in japanese and I can only find that IELTS certificate is required. Can someone please tell me if jlpt is required in Senzoku Gakuen College of Music for music course and can someone like me who is alredy a graduate can get admission in this university.
