Great effort! Keep perfecting that! May I ask what kind of knife you are using?
Looks delicious!
I don’t really know how to make sushi, but I know what it looks like. The nigiri looks a little too rectangular. The rolls look perfect. Nice work chef!
Looks good. This Irish/Swiss broad tried her hand at sushi (I love it) and it’s not as easy to make as it might appear or that YouTube would lead you to believe. Yours looks like something I’d enjoy. Well done. Me, I’m gonna continue ordering from my favorite sushi restaurant 🍣🍱
Looks good, keep practicing and I’m sure each batch will be better than the last!
Awesomely done! Always fun to try something together like that.
May I suggest hand rolls? Same great sushi experience and taste, without that hassle of maki rolls. Plus you can just lay out ingredients and have a “choose your own adventure” with it by rolling table side.
Before I make any comments about the neatness or perfection about your work, I would certainly eat all of it with great enthusiasm!
Good rule of thumb for nigiri is use less rice than you think you need. You want to enjoy the fish and not have a mouthful of rice.

Is that potato salad sushi on the bottom plate?!
