I saw in some older posts about people receiving hormones or an IUD for endo treatment, but couldn’t find any mentions of surgery. I’ve been on hormone treatment for endo for about ten years now, but recently the pain has started to get really bad again. Has anyone had excision surgery here? Or has anyone had a hysterectomy + oophorectomy for endo treatment?
