i am looking to buy a mid-range used laptop. but I can only find a used laptop with a Japanese keyboard layout. does anyone know where I can find a laptop with US keyboard layout?

My boss bought a couple of Dell computers. He asked if I wanted the Japanese keyboard layout and I said no. He bought some OEM parts and replaced it with a US keyboard layout.

I bought a laptop (US keyboard) from a guy who posted in Tokyo Sayonara Sales group in facebook
Buy JP ThinkPad and replace to US keyboard is an option
