Itinerary check: 1st time in Japan

Planning for a solo trip to Japan the coming early spring and was wondering if my itinerary seems okay. I would like some recommendations too – I gravitate towards nature, cultural sights, cafes, light thrifting

Day 1 Sun:
– Arrive at NRT pretty early in the morning (like 6 or 7am)
– Sim card and suica card collection (or buying there is an option too)
– I plan on taking the keisei skyliner (other suggestions welcomed)
– Accommodation at Taito Ward area but check in is at 2pm so I have like a whole morning and early afternoon (planning to leave my heavy baggage in a station locker)
– explore the area but also thinking of going to check out sensoji and mejii jingu (reccs would be great)
– after check in (plans remain uncertain but I do want to make full use of my time to do anything – touristy reccs are great too)
– head to hanegi park for the plum blossom festival in setagaya

Day 2 Mon:
– planning to wake up early in the morning to go cafe hopping and thrift shopping probably at the Shimokitazawa area
– not sure if a full day will be taken up here so for now remain unsure about other plans

Day 3 Tues:
– Wake real early to check out and head to Asakusa station to take the tobu line to Nikko (planning to get the world heritage pass and upgrade to the direct train there)
– hotel is not yet booked but assuming check in is in the afternoon I will probably leave my baggage in the station locker again and head to see the shrines and temples
– check in and have dinner

Day 4 Wed:
– check out in the morning but leave baggage with hotel
– continue to tour the okunikko area
– head back to Tokyo in the late afternoon
– check in accomms in Arakawa
– roam around the area or head to shibuya

Day 5 Thurs:
– Take bus at Shibuya to kawaguchiko in the morning (as early as I hope to be)
– spend the whole day sightseeing
– head back to Tokyo

Day 6 Fri:
– Day trip to kamakura
– return to tokyo (evening/night?)

Day 7 Sat:
– flight back at 9am (planning to take the earliest keisei skyliner to nrt)
