Take this as a helpful hint, not criticism: while that is Tonkatsu on the Curry, it would be referred to in Japan as just Katsu Curry. It is pork by default so the meat is usually specified only when it deviates from the norm: you would say Chicken Katsu Curry, but you would not normally say Tonkatsu Curry. It’s like saying Beef Hamburger in English: correct, but not typical for a native speaker.
