Where to get a custom cake in Tokyo?

Hey everyone,
I thought I would be able to find this online by myself, but no luck so far.

I am looking for a place where I can order a custom cake. I have my own cake stand. There is a small room for a gift in the middle of the stand and it pops up revealing what’s hidden inside. Therefore I cannot just buy a cake, cut the middle and place it onto the stand. At least I won’t be able to do this without making a mess out of it. So I would like to ask the cake shop to put my gift inside the gift box, make the cake and place it on my own cake stand without making it look too obvious.

So far I could only find some shops where you can choose the shape, color, add pictures, etc. but nothing about “odd” requests like mine. I will have to visit the store in person to explain all this and also bring them the cake stand. I just wanna know which stores will accept my order.

Anyone can recommend a suitable place?
