PA: Oregon state joins driver’s license reciprocity agreement

Hey, for anyone from Oregon, you can now convert your driver’s license to a Japanese one without taking the driving and knowledge test. (I couldn’t find an “official” list of the other states doing this, but it seems that Hawaii, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and Washington are also part of that agreement).
