Hello! I have searched online and all over reddit for this question but I cannot find answers for this.
The JLPT is in a month and I am wondering what I can physically bring the JLPT test. Most answers I find are for those taking the test in Japan but for those of us (in the USA specifically) not there, what are we allowed to bring?
I’ve heard some places won’t even let you bring a clear pencil case to hold your pencils, watch, sharpeners, etc. Also, you cannot take snacks to eat in between breaks either.
So for those who have taken the test, what did you bring?

I think you can bring what you want but you are expected to clear your desk during the test. If I remember correctly, I think pencil cases were not allowed. Just a pencil and an eraser. You can have food in your bag and eat/ drink during the break.
