Remembrance Sunday in Tokyo or Yokohama

Hi guys. I’ve been trying to find with no success any information about a Remembrance Day memorial this year. I’ve seen that in past years the British Embassy has held something in the cemetery in Yokohama, but there’s no information on anything happening this year.
I’d really like to know 1. if it’s happening 2. where and when it’ll be held and 3. if I need to register my attendance.
Thank you!

  1. You may also want to try asking in /r/Tokyo.

  2. I did a quick search and found this from the Tokyo branch of the Royal British Legion: https://branches.britishlegion.org.uk/branches/tokyo/news-events/

    >Remembrance Day Ceremony, conducted on the nearest Sunday to 11 November at the Commonwealth War Cemetery, Hodogaya, Yokohama to honour the memory of Commonwealth service personnel who gave their lives in the Second World War and other conflicts.

So there’ll be a ceremony in Yokohama as you said. I would guess it’ll be tomorrow at 11:00, as common for Remembrance Day

Edit: it could be worth calling the Commonwealth War Cemetery to confirm what time it’ll be held. If you Google it a phone number comes up
