  1. I’m really curious about this folding technique. It maximizes crispy surface area, and it’s really clean too. I feel like you could elevate gyoza up to a fine dining dish starting with this shape. I’m going to give it a go.

  2. I’ve been there too! Went last year during summer holidays; the beer brewing vats drew me in 🙂 Quite a nice and stylish restaurant.

  3. I’ve also been there and eaten the wagyu Gyoza! Sat at the bar/kitchen overlook and enjoyed the view of the garden, super cozy place 😄
