Hey all, we live in a house with Tatami floors and the futons we current have aren’t cutting it for my partners hips, they feel painful for her / too hard and having to hang them out daily to make them feel ok again is time consuming.
Does anyone have any recommendations for some nice comfortable modern style futons ? I was looking at some from airweave, magniflex etc…

I have an airweave mattress for guests and it’s very comfy but you’re still going to have to roll it up / air it out daily as anything sleeping arrangement sitting directly on the floor will get moldy and gross.
If all else fails for the hips; one futon on top of another. Doesn’t solve the hanging problem though.
A memory foam topper should do the trick. You can roll it with the futon. Or a memory foam futon, those fold in three.
