Tattoo Artists in Osaka or Kyoto?

Has anyone had any experience with tattoo shops in Osaka or Kyoto?

Looking for recommendations for a small design.

Additionally, have you had any difficulties entering Onsen or Sento with tattoos on the kansai region?

  3. You want to use onsen and sentos and get yourself tattooed too when you already know it’s likely to be a problem? That’s crazy.
