This may be an odd request, but recently I am seeing a lot of obviously poached cactus on yahoo auctions(mostly from one company). Many countries have laws against selling poached plants even if they were poached abroad, and I’m sure Japan does as well. I guess my question is who would I file a report with in this situation? And would it even be taken seriously?
These are endangered species in nature and have obviously been poached.

The link you posted doesn’t work but much like animals, I think the plant market can be grey at times with an initially poached specimens being bred domestically for generations.
Not sure if you can report anything that is not classified as an invasive species though.
what the hell is that price though, I gotta go poach me some succulents.
There have been instances where people have been arrested for having plants not allowed in Japan.
However, before you contact the police, I would ask the company on Yahoo about their listing.
