It seems like NJPW is back on track after yet another amazing show with Autumn Battle, and here’s my review with everything that happened! On the Road to Wrestle Kingdom, what did everyone think of the show and what to expect in the next few months?

1. im kinda annoyed that every month i see NJPW is back!” or some variation of it. New Year Series, great. NJ Cup, Great. Dontaku, excellent. Dominion, excellent. Declaration of Power, great. Battle Autumn, excellent.

   NJPW never left. Its like a tired meme seeing everyone saying its good again literally every month.

2. Like the comment below mine pointed out, NJPW very rarely delivers bad shows. To say if they are really back on track also booking wise is something that we will have to wait based on the Wrestle Kingdom card that they build, but ideas like the Stardom collaboration event and the TV titles are something that are lifting them up.

3. That mixed partners jr tag match did a great job hyping me up for the 4 way at WK. They took me from not really caring to that being my most anticipated match so far.

4. Personally I think it’s been awhile since NJPW delivered as great of a top to bottom show that wasn’t during one of their big tournaments.

   Umino and Narita returning and immediately coming off as legit stars and being booked as key players is the type of fresh air the company has been needing for awhile.

   Feels like we’re finally transitioning into the next era which is overdue imo.
