My mom and I have a free day in Osaka tomorrow. We were thinking of going to Universal Studios, especially since I really want to see Harry Potter world. However, she’s probably the least patient person in the world when it comes to long lines. If we go on a weekday, specifically tomorrow, and buy the fast line passes or whatever they’re called, how long can we expect the waits to be on most rides? I’m particularly interested in the Harry Potter rides, but also the rides in general. We don’t really care about Nintendo world as neither of us are gamers. Thanks in advance.

Can’t speak about the fast passes but we we went yesterday and wanted to give you a heads up. We showed up at 850AM for a 10AM opening and the park was actually already open. It took us about 45 minutes to get from the end of the admissions line into the park.
On weekdays, the lines for attractions are 60-120 minutes each, same with lines for food. We ended up not going on a single ride or seeing any shows the entire day. Just shopped and played in Nintendo, because fast pass is like buying a second ticket, and it was already pricy to go to the park as it was! That place is a budget black hole
