I am a full time foreign worker in Tokyo, Japan.
After work I’d like to use the time to study or enroll myself in an Electrical Engineering related vocational course.
Can someone suggest any good schools? I am not sure if there is a vocational course that offers English class but if there is, that would be great since I only hold an N3 level JLPT..
