We are doing a Kyoto day trip from Osaka next March. Is this too much for one day? (getting there in the morning and going back to Osaka the same day)
Itinerary:
Go from Osaka to Kyoto Arashiyama station 8:30 AM (1.5 hours)
Start at Miffy bakery 10 AM
Go to Arashiyama bamboo forest
Go to Monkey park
Go to Kijurou for lunch
Go to Golden Pavillion (16 min taxi from forest)
Go to Gion street
Go to Kagizen Yoshifusa dessert cafe
Go to Yasaka Shrine
Go to Nishiki market for food (14 min walk from Gion)
Go to Fushimi Inari shrine
Back to Osaka from Inari Station (1 hour)
