I have a trip to Japan planned next summer and I would like to hopefully meet someone online from Japan to have someone to talk to and make as friends before so I might have a friend actually in Japan to visit when I go. Even if you’re not from Japan or don’t want any friends, any advice or tips you may have for a first timer going to Japan (im also going solo) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance 🙂

Hi! Well, last time I went to Japan, people were so incredibly friendly and nice when I was out by myself – even going to a bar and drinking I’d talk to the bartenders, and then other people would mosey on over and join in. Didn’t feel lonely at all, and doing a month there by myself in May 🙂
