Caloric Counts & Quantities Of Rice/Other Ingredients In Japanese Breakfasts

I was looking at a variety of Youtube videos touting (such as though not limited to [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNRXjfycr6M](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNRXjfycr6M)) the benefits of Japanese traditional breakfasts and I was wondering

1) if someone could tell me the maximum & minimum amount of rice consumed regularly in a Japanese breakfast where rice is used? It doesn’t seem to be the same as American portions. Therefore it would be caloric-ally slightly different.

2) Could someone also give me an estimate of the traditional caloric density of miso soup when it includes tofu? As I am in America it is not as easy for me to get such ingredients.

3) Any other ingredients that are there traditionally and their quantities?

  1. There is no “maximum” amount. If ya boy (or girl) is hungry, they will eat more, but the average is one bowl, so like 1/2 to 1 cup cooked.

It is not difficult at all to get Japanese ingredients in the U.S. unless you live in complete bumble fuck nowhere. Even Walmart has a generic “Asian” section that will have the basics, and there also online options like this site: https://www.sayweee.com/en/grocery-delivery

Not trying to be snarky, but you can literally just Google “tofu miso soup” and you will get a baseline calorie count.

And your third question is way too broad. Like, the ingredient list would be endless.
