Before I begin, I would like to thank everyone that read my post and everyone that commented and advised me on my first trip to Japan.
For context, I will be traveling with a group of friends and want to hit as many places as possible. Ultimately, we will be visiting Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo. Below is our itinerary and please feel free to comment and advise. We do understand that this is very packed to visit all three cities, but we are focusing on the iconic landmarks.
**Day 1 (Wed)** – Arriving at Airport, train to Osaka, check in hotel, exploring Dotonbori
**Day 2 (Thurs)** \- Universal Studios Japan
**Day 3 (Fri)** \- Shinsaibashi-suji / Shinsekai
**Day 4 (Sat)** \- Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street / check out hotel / train to Kyoto / check in Kyoto / Nishiki Market / Gion
**Day 5 (Sun)** \- Keage Incline / Fushimi-Inari Taisha Shrine / Pontocho Alley
**Day 6 (Mon)** \- Arashiyama Bamboo Forest / Check out hotel / train to Tokyo / check in Tokyo / Shibuya
**Day 7 (Tue)** \- Disneysea
**Day 8 (Wed)** – Harajuku / Akihabara
**Day 9 (Thurs)** \- Starbucks Reserve Roastery / Don Don Donki / SKY Observation Deck
**Day 10 (Fri)** – Flight back
We do also need some suggestions on hotels in both Tokyo and Osaka, and also ryokan in Kyoto
