7. Big fan of Park. For anyone asking – it’s in Montreal. Canada is a big place with many different cities and provinces.

10. Big platters like this aren’t for me. The idea is cool but who knows how long the first piece of fish sat while they prepared the rest of it. Then how long it’ll take for you to get to it.

    I’ll take my nigiri one order at a time. I’m glad it made you happy though 🙂
