  1. Canadian chiming in here. Too high of a cost for my taste. I’d rather go to an ayce place for roughly the same price for the dinner menu (the place I frequent usually costs me $45-50 after tax and tip)

  2. Can someone comment about the appearance of the tuna ? Cause it looks like the tuna used at Whole Foods or my local grocery store.

If you enjoyed it and think it’s worth the price, go for it.

  3. Three rolls for $40 makes perfect sense. It’s like $13 a roll. That’s the same price as my *GROCERY STORE* for a sushi roll, much less a nice restaurant. Nicer sushi restaurants charge about $14-18 per roll, which would be way more expensive than this. Not sure what rural spots y’all live in, but that’s probably true for any city in the US right now.

  4. Vancouverite in Toronto chiming in. I think this is standard price/quality anywhere non West Coast – overpriced IMO but that’s because I was spoiled back home. And when the craving hits, you gotta do what you gotta do 🙂 hope you enjoyed!

  5. I can get 60 pieces of good quality sushi from my local sushi joint for the same price. If the fish is really fresh, taste is good, and quality is good then it’s worth that price.

  6. For everyone who’s saying this is too much. Should seafood be so cheap that we scape the ocean dry for all you can eat? The answer is no.

  7. Definitely a rip off

You can get way better deals at most grocery stores

    That look’s like a half of chef’s sampler that’s 15 buck’s

    What the fuck

  8. That’s the same price as some of the all you can eat joints here in Vegas. And we got some hella good sushi here. That shit looks dry and the cuts of sushi look thin. Also those Cali roles in the center have barely any meat in them. That’s some Smiths sushi right there. I hope you can find a much better place up there for the same price.
