That 10% deserve to go bankrupt if they refuse but are able to raise pay.
I don’t know any teachers who’ve ever gotten a pay rise, so not surprising.
To be fair, 3% for nothing is a pretty big pay rise. Like if a developed country saw a uniform 3% pay rise, that’d be a big thing (and could put inflationary pressures on them…etc).
