Going to Okutama to check out the autumn leaves tomorrow and plan to make a stop at either Mitake or Hatonosu Gorge. Only have time for 1 of them so if anyone’s seen both please let me know which one looks better!
Mitake for sure. There’s the Mitake shrine and you get to hike through the rock garden to the waterfall. There’s a picnic spot where you can have lunch and enjoy the view.
