Hello! i have my package coming from my home country at the Customs of the Narita Airport, but nobotry tried to reach me by phone call ( on the tracking information they say that there is some issues) so.. anybody know where i should call to know what’s going on?
package was shipped out with EMS and in Japan is hold by Japan Post i think.. should i call there?

Probably start by calling the main office https://www.customs.go.jp/tokyo/zei/sodankan.htm and they’ll direct you to the right place. Also i’m almost certain the japanpost tracking page lists the phone number of the customs office it’s at.
Just be patient. Takes a while.
Is it a package from the Transvaal?
