Compared to English, the order in which information arrives in Japanese must make for different kinds of jokes. What are some good examples of the contrast?

How does it change the way humour works in general?

  1. I’m pretty new to learning Japanese, but from what I’ve noticed it’s WAY more pun heavy then English, which makes sense since the language seems to have far more homonyms
