Hiring a translator for hospital visit in Nagano help

Morning all,

I hope this is the right place to post this apologies if not, we’ve been asked to visit a hospital with no translator available on site and we’re finding it difficult to find someone who can come with us to appointments. Does anybody know if there Is a website or place available where you can directly contact and hire someone who could come with you physically to such appointments ( digitally I think could work too possibly) as mentioned we are in Nagano city area.
