As the title says, they recently did some construction in front of my place, and it seems they didn’t do a good job when they repaved as lots of asphalt is breaking off (craters are now starting to form). When I park, I’m driving over asphalt chunks and it is cracking the tiles in my carport. It would be useless to fix the tiles because they would just crack again because of all the asphalt breaking off.
Any idea who I should call? Are they responsible for repairing the damage to my carport tiles? I live in Minato-ku/ Shirokane if that matters… Thanks in advance for any input!

Start off by calling the ku-yakusho and then ask where the best place to contact is – even if it’s not them directly they can tell you who to call directly.
