I am kinda new at this and it’s difficult to set it up.
Technicians recently came today and set up the fiber cables.
I was able to connect my laptop to the router and 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1 doesn’t work but for some reason 192.168.3.1 works.
I can use the laptop well, the connection is fast but the wifi won’t work on devices that is not wired. The 192.168.3.1 website is confusing.

That’s the default on the router. You can change the subnet in the settings if you prefer to have 192.168.0.* or 192.168.1.* etc.

On what step does it fail? Do you see the SSID? Is it after entering the password it fails? Does both 2.4GHz and 5GHz fail?
You could try to change the WiFi password in case the default has been changed at some point.
