Hi al, A friend and I will be arriving in Tokyo on the 5th of January for the first time so I wanted to quickly check the itinerary. For food, we’re going to get breakfast at the hotel, but I would apprecialte some reccomendations for lunch and dinner.
4th – Take off from the UK
5th – Land at Haneda. Visit Suga Shrine, Check in at the hotel in central Tokyo, Visit the Sky tree, Aquarium, and planterium,
6th – Visit Teamlab planets, Tokyo trick art museum, National Museaum of Emerging Science and Innovation.
7th – Visit Senso-ji then go shopping in Akihabara.
8th – See the Godzilla statue, Visit the Imperial Palace, then visit Sunshine City.
9th – Visit the Tokyo National Museum, National Museum of Nature and Science, and Shitamachi Museum.
10th – Visit Meiji Jingu, Shibuya Sky, and Tokyo Tower
11th – Check out of the Hotel and head back to the Airport.

There is more than 1 Godzilla statue in Tokyo.
I’ve noticed this mentioned in a few posts recently. So I’ll just say you need to Google for more details.

This place is not what I expected. VERY COOL, but the anime that are there are not known to most in the west.
Naruto is almost nowhere, as well as most popular anime in the west.
I mean if your looking for a statue of some anime girl, they have them…
And trading cards everywhere. Not sure what the fascination is there with trading cards.
