Does anyone know of an app for learning vocabulary that has the option of sorting words by category? Sometimes I just want to test my knowledge of verbs or adjectives, but because so many nouns exist they always take up the bulk of any test or flash card deck.
I do have the Tango app that has this sorting feature, but it unfortunately doesn’t have the option to toggle furigana for kanji I don’t know yet.

anki has a tagging system
if you use prebuilt decks, I think the popular ones have tags
if you build your own, you can tag words you add, if you want
For me, I don’t actually find it too useful, so I stopped tagging after a while. I don’t just want to see a big list of 2000 adjectives.
