Is there different of complainer type in Japan?

I just started to work at hotel customer call center.
I recieved many complains, 80% of customers are nice and just want solutions but other 20% are doesn’t make any sense and throw tantrums.
I’m already exhausted with those 20%.

Anyway, do you think any difference of how Japanese complain and your country?

  1. Oh, there is a fundamental difference, and it involves Article 230-1 of the Criminal Code of Japan.

    > “(1) A person who defames another by alleging facts in public shall, **regardless of whether such facts are true or false**, be punished by imprisonment with or without work for not more than three (3) years or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.”
