Issue receiving money via Western Union and Wise. Any other options/ suggestions?

So I have a 普通 Futsuu savings account with MUFG, and my friend in the states is trying to send me money for an event ticket, but she keeps getting a notice that the transfer has been paused. Wise says this is usually because the bank sends the money back, or the account info is incorrect. I’ve triple-checked, and she has the right info. Any other suggestions on what might be wrong, or other ways to receive money from the States? I’ve checked other threads, and they seem to agree wise/transferwise is the best option. The event ticket lottery has a deadline for the payment to be made, so we’re working against the clock here.
