In the first sentence, I can’t work out what is the word (or rather two words linked with の) that have been translated as “recruitment poster” which she has seen, prior to 見させて もらいました.
Then the following sentence has me at loss almost completely. Can 解雇 be understood as “meeting”? What’s up with that odd past form of “wait”, instead of the usual 待ってました? Extra gratitude for whoever could transcribe the whole line.

はりがみ is the second word. Megumin has a lot of weird chuunispeech iirc, where it’s either a bit dated japanese or way too formal or both
かいこう can mean chance meeting, like a fated meetup. Again not really used though. Megumin just uses lot of weird words
