Is marrying my japanese fiancé in Japan and then getting the spouse visa realistic within the 90 days from tourist visa?

Title. I already have my 婚姻要件具備証明書 (document that shows our marriage would be approved in my country), my birth certificate, and we have good proof that we are together.

Would love to hear from anyone who has gotten the spouse visa especially if you got it all done during a 90 day tourist stay

  2. You can stay beyond the 90 days during the wait between submitting the application and waiting for the result.

    I suggest working with a visa consultant if you have the 2 grand or so required.
