I will be trying to go to japan for exchange next year and I am currently comparing Fukuoka and Sendai as 2 options. I do not have any criteria really but if someone could shed som light on the differences that would be great!
I guess what I am looking for is just general nice attitude towards foreigners, great food, nice weather, nature and things to do.
