I once watched this documentary on NHK about this walk/race that happens somewhere in Japan every year. They basically have to walk 100km in 24 hours. It could have been the program “Document 72 hours” but I’d love to know more information about this event if anyone knows.

Xtreme walk Tokyo was this past weekend.
They walk 100km from Odawara to Koto-ku in Tokyo.
The time limit is 26 hours though, so not sure if that’s the one.
The only race I remember on document 72 was this one, but it was 400k over 3 days:
