Middle name in airline ticket but passport does not have it.

I was born in the Philippines and now decided to move to Japan. My father is a Japanese citizen so I was able to get a Japanese passport. When I was booking my ticket, I entered my middle name(mother’s maiden name) but only after booking the ticket I realized that my Japanese passport does not include my middle name. Will this cause any trouble when boarding the plane?
